Netcore rebrands as Netcore.ai: CNBC Interview

The press release. An excerpt:

MarTech company Netcore Cloud has rebranded itself as Netcore.ai, marking a strategic shift from being a software provider to an AI-native marketing platform focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.

The company said the new identity reflects its transition to an agentic marketing platform, where seven AI agents autonomously handle campaign planning, execution, analysis and optimisation across the customer lifecycle. Unlike traditional software vendors, Netcore.ai said it is also introducing a co-ownership model in which its teams share responsibility for customer growth and marketing results.

According to the company, the move represents a broader change in how enterprise marketing technology is delivered. Instead of stopping at software implementation and platform usage, Netcore.ai will align its engagement with clients around business metrics such as customer activation, campaign performance and revenue growth.

At the core of the platform is a unified technology stack that combines customer engagement, customer data platform (CDP) capabilities, product discovery, personalisation, email marketing and CPaaS services. The company said all customer signals flow into a central context and governance layer that creates a real-time, consent-managed view of each customer.
